Expert medical testimony under increasing public scrutiny

On December 7 I posted a link to an American Academy of Emergency Medicine web site which seeks to expose questionable expert testimony in malpractice suits. The Coalition and Center for Ethical medical Testimony has launched a similar project. Several useful resources can be found there along with some thought provoking deposition and trial transcripts.
