    RW I read your blog often. I have used Procalcitonin and feel it is something that needs to be utlized much like the troponin or BNP. It is a tool but not a definitive test. It has to done in context of the patient. What are your thoughts?

    I totally agree. The biomarker should support, not trump, clinical judgment.
