The electrocardiogram in the patient with syncope

In addition to occasional demonstration of the culprit arrhythmia, the electrocardiogram may yield clues to underlying conditions such as acute coronary syndrome, Brugada syndrome, long QT syndrome and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
