I'd been hearing that the health care bill doesn't address tort reform

---but now I know this. Not only does it not address it, it discourages it. Tort reform is dead unless we get some help in November.

Sorry RW, no help coming in November. We have a president and a legislature that are openly hostile to tort reform. The passed health care reform law is the Trial Lawyers Employment Act. We received some relief in Ohio once our Supreme Court (with newly elected justices) declared that our tort reform law was constitutional. I invite you readers to many posts on this issue at www.MDWhistleblower.blogspot.com under Legal Quality
